Obama On The Ground Zero Mosque

At a White House celebration of Ramadan tonight in the company of representatives of several of the Nation’s most prominent Muslim Brotherhood front organizations, President Obama announced his strong support for one of their most immediate objectives: the construction of a mega-mosque and “cultural center” at Ground Zero. In so doing, he publicly embraced the greatest tar-baby of his presidency. In the process, Mr. Obama also inadvertently served up what he likes to call a “teachable moment” concerning the nature of the enemy we are confronting, and the extent to which it is succeeding in the Brotherhood’s stated mission.


I am seething with rage!!!! How dare this Islamic a$$ kissing Muslim president throw morality aside? Isn't he even aware this is all about WORLD CITIZENS along with AMERICAN CITIZENS who died there? Isn't at least New York even aware this is bigger than NEW YORK? My country men and women are dying in Afghanistan even as I write this piece because of THAT DAY? My Americans cousins are dying in Afghanistan even as I write directly because of THAT DAY? The French are dying over there directly because of THAT DAY. The Germans are dying over there directly because of THAT DAY. My British allies are dying over there because of THAT DAY. The Afghans themselves are dying over there directly because of THAT DAY - what doesn't this Muslim president understand?
Go ahead Obama, you let them build a mosque in memory of those psychotic killers - just pretend its all about peace and love and religion. What the hell you did everything else to destroy this country, why not one more thing!
Is this president so naive he doesn't even have the moral sense to understand this mosque will be seen by the terrorists who consider the 9/11 murderers their heroes as a massive victory for the terrorist movement worldwide? Please, please, I'm begging my fellow conservative on this site to never forget OUR lost - please honor them by replacing this morally corrupt democratic party come November! Thank you!

At first the White House said this was a local issue, even though it was mostly Democrats who were supporting the mosque, but many Democrats were remaining silent - like Senator Chuck Schumer. But now the Democratic president has announced to an audience of Muslims that he forcefully supports building a mosque at Ground Zero so it is now incumbent on all Democrats to announce if they stand behind their president to support this abomination. Days after 9/11, I attended an ecumenical service to pray for the dead. My Democrat congressman attended - we spoke. I will now contact him and ask if he too supports this mosque. If yes, I will tell him I cannot vote for him. This is a very personal issue for me having been in the WTC on 9/11. We lost 300 people that day, 2nd only to Cantor Fitzgerald. Many of their remains were never found. Handing Muslims a victory mosque on top of their ashes is obscene to the nth degree. Any politician who does not see this, should be voted out of office.

Where are all the bleeding hearts libs that are so concerned with the human rights issues of the people of the world?

Currently near where I live there are protests of Muslims crying "discrimination towards Islam". Look closely and you will see the bleeding heart liberals right along side of them. They are easy to spot and identify; they will be the ones pontificating about how it's the Christian thing to do to support our NON Islamo-fascist brothers in peace. To wit: there are no "moderate" Muslims present to condemn the horrendous ends of sharia law that threaten Western civilization.
Once this mosque is built, there will be no way to control what is going on inside - are they teaching radical Islam, indoctrinating Muslims to embrace violent jihad, will they be hiring fanatic imams to preach, will they secretly be planning & training for other attacks on the US infidels? The thought that this would be going on upon the ashes of our dead is beyond contemptible. Will they have loud-speakers calling the faithful to prayers so that all visiting, living or working nearby will have to hear "Allahu Akbar" 5 times a day? For the sake of building bridges, will Rauf approve a church and synagogue be built, of equal height & size, on both sides of his mosque? Will NYC's Bloomberg approve it with the same degree of enthusiasm? Will obama? It took Germany 10 years before they could close their terrorist mosque. How much damage to their security do you imagine occurred during that time?

The one thing you need to consider is that the head of the NAACP was present when Sherrod gave the speech. He was among those who applauded when she told about her racist actions, and he approved of her action.

The NAACP had the full video, yet Jealous did not bother to check the video before opening his mouth and condemning Sherrod.

The funny thing is that Breitbart was not aiming at Sherrod but at the reaction of her audience. Their reaction proved that they are the ones who are racist.

On the other hand the whole story is beginning to have legs. Perhaps the White House wanted Sherrod removed from her post before people woke up that she had successfully sued the administration as part of the Pigford cases.

I’m wondering if the TEA Party “racism” isn’t some sort of creation by the left to manufacture a “crisis” for Chairman Obama to manage. They invent a crisis, he rides in and saves us from our own stupidity with more liberty and constitution shredding legislation. The TEA Party is not a movement of the downtrodden victims of institutionalized bigotry. The TEA Party is a union of American spunk and grit and determination to end the hijacking of the Constitution and the rule of law and the free market system.

We Must Win In November

We must have conservative victories in November and the GOP is moving in that direction and needs to stay there. There are many strong, young candidates who we desperately need in the Congress. Forget the establishment players........The Republic is absolutely at stake! WE must stay together and vote these irresponsible, incompetent and destructive fools out! The country can NOT take another 2yrs of this un-American in the White House..........we are at a very critical junction and we must win!

WHO in God's name is this man called Barack Obama?

My dad was a loyal patriot...and a ww2 Veteran. He passed away shortly before 9/11. I am fully convinced at this point that he'd be more horrified by this current president..( I can't even bear the thought of uttering his name) than he would've been by witnessing what took place on 9/11. My irritation and my disapproval of this "leader" has grown into a physical pain in the pit of my stomach. Every day we are subjected to another body blow to the midsection of our nation psyche.
I know I'm just dreaming....but once...just once, I'd like to see this person in the Whitehouse take the side of the American people and our way of life.

Yet another opportunity to stand as a leader and another ABJECT FAILURE!!! 18months after electing the most anti-American, all-about-me president who has shown great disdain for this country and its people, has behaved lawlessly in multiple incidents (GM/Chrysler bankruptcies; Gulf oil moratorium; suing states; legalizing stealing to support unions only) and has demonstrated incompetence, corrupt, thug-like practices it is becoming more clear that our greatest threat is sitting in the White House. God help the USA!!

Press secretary Robert Gibbs said Thursday the White House hopes to see the House approve the healthcare bill by March 18, the first day of the NCAA college basketball tournament and just before President Barack Obama leaves the country on an international trip. Based on conversations the White House has had with Democratic leaders in the House and Senate, healthcare reform is on track to move through Congress before Obama leaves for the trip to Indonesia and Australia, Gibbs said. "We're leaving on March 18 and we believe that we're on schedule.......... TRANSLATION:
Please get this done by then so I can go on vacation, watch basketball and bad mouth the U.S. again of foreign soil.

Tonight, Barack Obama will host ten House Democrats who voted against the health care bill in November at the White House; he's obviously trying to persuade them to switch their votes to yes. One of the ten is Jim Matheson of Utah. The White House just sent out a press release announcing that today President Obama nominated Matheson's brother Scott M. Matheson, Jr. to the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. “Scott Matheson is a distinguished candidate for the Tenth Circuit court,” President Obama said.

Does the name Blagojevich come to mind? What's the difference in selling a Judgeship, or a Senators seat? This should be interesting! The chicago way, you know, especially Crook County, Ill. politics!

Regarding Obama, and other influential Black Americans

I didn't vote for Obama, and don't plan on voting for him in 2012. But, I have always thought that the screaming about Obama and his wife being "racists" and "hating America" sounded pathetic. If my fellow white conservatives are incapable of seeing the class and style of these people, then I guess the communists in the dem party are correct, that they are simply hopeless bigots who cannot see reality.

I agree. Even though I am a "white nationalist", I have always had a taste for "women of color".

Don't get me wrong. I have never pretended to be some big liberal guiltywhiteboy, weeping about the mistreatment of "people of color". Frankly, I care about my people, the white people, period. That doesn't mean I wish any ill-will toward people of color, but i simply don't care to have anything to do with them. I know, I know, that makes me a "racist", and a bad guy. I don't care.

I spend most of my postings fighting against immigration. I want immigration totally halted, except for the H1B category, high-tech workers, researchers with advanced degrees, entrepreneurs with money to invest. That is the ONLY type of immigration we benefit from economically.

Regarding Obama, and other influential Black Americans, I don't understand why a Black American would support amnesty for illegal aliens, and unlimited visas for more poor, unskilled, 3rd world immigrants to come here. I have read many stories about Black Americans being elbowed out of the job market by low-paid illegal allens. If I was Black, I would be yelling at my congressman and senator, NO AMNESTY!
